Responsibilities

 
 
 

Vision & Strategy :

  • Develop and execute innovative, thoughtful strategies for diverse social media platforms, aligning with content strategy, brand standards, and community management principles.

  • Create engaging, high-quality, and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

  • Research and ideate social media content that resonates with target audiences, whether it's in the form of engaging posts, stories, or longer-form content.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with project objectives and brand standards.

  • Maintain a content editorial pipeline, recommend and plan content, and organize writing schedules to meet deadlines.

 

Campaigns - Editorial Pipeline :

  • Review and edit content produced by team members, ensuring quality, consistency, and community-friendliness.

  • Provide relevant statistics to measure content performance and make data-driven adjustments to content strategy, with a focus on community feedback.

  • Monitor and analyze content marketing metrics, making recommendations for process improvements and community engagement strategies.

  • Implement quality control measures, proofreading, and reviewing content to ensure accuracy and community relevance.

  • Publish content on various social media platforms and analyze traffic performance, seeking community engagement indicators.

 

GUIDE :

  • Provide advice and recommendations on social media best practices and guidelines, particularly related to community engagement, platform-specific content, and content strategy.

  • Foster a self-driven approach to professional development by staying updated on relevant social media trends and analyzing business-appropriate content for insights and innovative ideas.

 

Technical Aspects :

  • Create and curate visually appealing and shareable content, including images, infographics, and videos, designed to foster community interaction.

  • Implement social media management tools to schedule and monitor posts across platforms, enhancing community responsiveness.

  • Analyze social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, and click-through rates, to refine content strategies with a community-centric approach.

  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and platform algorithms, considering their impact on community engagement.

  • Explore new and trending social media platforms, staying up-to-date with emerging platforms and assessing their relevance to the business. Provide recommendations for incorporating these platforms into the social media strategy when they align with the target audience and business objectives

  • Optimize content for SEO and implement keyword strategies that align with community interests.

  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns with precision and measure ROI, while also considering community responses.

  • Set up and manage social media business manager accounts like Facebook Business Manager, to strategically plan and organize clients’ social media accounts. This includes structuring and optimizing business manager dashboards for efficiency and monitoring campaign performance across different social media platforms.

  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments, messages, and reviews, and foster a positive brand image within the community.

  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create compelling visual content that resonates with the community.

  • Develop and manage social media content calendars that encourage community interaction and participation.

  • Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to expand social media reach while involving the community.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with clients to understand their specific goals, requirements, and brand identity to ensure that social media strategies align with their objectives and expectations.

 
 
 

Qualification

  • A resident of The Philippines

  • Citizen of The Philippines

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, or Marketing

  • Proven work experience of 4+ years in social media community management.

  • Solid knowledge of different social media platform dashboards

  • Knowledge of social media content marketing best practices for different platforms.

  • Must be familiar with and adept at using technology

  • Familiarity with operating in an Apple environment on both Desktop and Mobile and an experience using native Apple software — Pages (Word Processor), Numbers (Spreadsheet), Keynote (Presentation) — will be an added advantage
